'As if I'd know'

This spell has to be whispered into the other being's ear either by the spell-caster or a pixie he/she is trusted by.

The spell makes nearly everyone that hears it forget about what they were doing and thinking for an hour, basically making them numb. New information doesn't register, and old information gets twisted (ex. if the creature was about to eat something with a fork, it may stab itself with it in a moment of confusion). It takes one action to conjure up enough concentration to not forget to cast the spell. The second action is used to spread the word. Using a pixie may go wrong, but you will be spotted far less easily.
