Armor of the Resplendent

This spell imbues your armor with a shimmering radiant aura, shedding bright light for 5ft and dim light for another 5ft. When cast, this spell consumes the nearest source of light if not in direct sunlight. You gain 7 temporary hit points for the duration. If a creature hits you with a melee attack while you have these hit points, the creature takes 7 radiant damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, both the temporary hit points and the radiant damage increase by 7 for each slot.
