Choose a creature within range, their blood crystallizes and pierces through their flesh. The target must succeed on a constitution saving throw or take 8d8 necrotic damage and have disadvantage on all constitution checks and saves for 1 minute. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and no other effect takes place.
