Astral Meteor

You call down a rocky mass of burning stardust to crash into your enemies. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 force damage and is restrained, pinched between the meteor and the ground. The restrained creature can use an action to make a Dexterity check against the spell’s save DC. On a success, the creature is no longer restrained and must use 10ft of movement to pull themselves out.
