before using the spell roll a 1d20 and the number you roll is your strength times the number you had rolled for this spell (for example: strength - 12 x rolled number - 14 = 168). You take the form of any one of the following (and you have to stick with that form forever so choose wisely)
Werewolf: When you transform in this creature of the night your speed and agility improve by the number you rolled plus your characters normal speed, sleep spells don't work on you while in this form, when you transform under a full moon you speed the strength get a additional plus 10 in your stats
Draconian: there are three subspecies of Draconian forms, choose one of the forms
Draconian of Sky: has the ability to fly. Roll a 1d6 for its elemental dragon breath called scorching winds, roll a 2d6 when in a tornado for double damage
Draconian of Land: has the ability to resist lava and ice. Roll a 1d6 for its elemental dragon breath called Natures Wrath, roll a 2d6 when submerged in lava for double damage
Draconian of Sea: has the ability to breath underwater. Roll a 1d6 for its elemental dragon breath called Scolding Ocean, roll a 2d6 when submerged underwater for double damage
Draconian of Light: has the ability to fly, faze through objects, create balls of light (as a light source and can be used in and out of transformation doesn't count as a spell). Roll a 1d8 for its elemental dragon breath called Divine Array, roll a 2d8 when surrounded by darkness for double damage
Draconian of Darkness: has the ability to fly, faze through objects, create a darkness vale (can be used to hide in and sneak past anything for sneak attacks or sneak quests). Roll a 1d8 for its elemental dragon breath called Darkness Array, roll a 2d8 when surrounded by light for double damage
