The Slowing Charm can be used to slow the velocity of a falling object, which can be best described as "falling slowly earthwards as though sinking through water."
The following conditions must apply in order to perform this spell effectively. If not, you must perform a CON check for every failed condition, to make sure you can concentrate enough.
- Target must be within sight
- Target must fit within a 6 ft. sphere
- Target must not be heavier than twice your weight
- Target must be falling at the speed of gravity.
