Black Lightning

When you cast this spell, tendrils of black energy shoot out in all directions in a 10 foot sphere. Creatures  must make a saving throw. On a failed save the target takes 1d12 lightning damage and is grappled for 2 turns, on a successful one they take half as much damage and are grappled for half as long.
