Damage/Effect
Steel Dragons don't have a typical aura of fear. Instead of instilling fear, they use their charismatic presence to escape notice, to gain notice, or to sway the emotions of others.
Once per long rest, a Hidden Dragon can use their Charismatic Aura in one of the three following ways. Each effect lasts for 10 minutes.
Manifestation: Imbue others with a feeling that the dragon must be listened to or admired. (Impose disadvantage on insight checks made towards the Hidden Dragon, and gain advantage on Deception checks.)
Obscurement: Others have a hard time focusing on the dragon. (Advantage on Stealth rolls.)
Emotion Control: Can incite great passion in those the dragon is among. (Advantage on Persuasion and Performance.)
