The range of this spell is 1,000 miles.
This spell teleports a creature to your location. Choose a creature known to you within range as the target of this spell. An unwilling creature can make a Charisma saving throw to resist this effect. The target is placed at a location of your choice within 30 feet of you. You choose if the target is sitting, standing, prone, or bound with nearby restraints. At the end of the spell's duration, you can choose whether the target remains at your location or is teleported back to the location from which it was abducted.

Posted Sep 15, 2020The range is sight but also 1,000 miles? Also this spell should have an extreme gold cost to balance how powerful it could be, something along the lines of "an item personal to the target and 500,00gp worth of powdered diamonds, which are consumed". This would prevent the players from spamming it to break story lines or disable BBEGs. In all honesty, I would imagine this to be along the lines of Wish more than anything else, and even then if my players Wished this, I would just say no.
