Back From The Dead

When you cast this spell you have 1 minute to touch any dead person or creature and bring them back from the dead (you can only bring back one at a time) this will last the whole game. But you can't use magic for 15 minutes and they only come back with quarter health. You can bring them back with full health but you have to have a third of your health taken away for them to have full health. And if you need that person or creature dead again you can say "what comes up must come back down I send you back to the spirit realm" and if that's in the 15 minutes your magicless you get 5 minutes off the timer. You also need to roll 15d20 or higher you can also have you DM to chose what you need to roll if they feel that shouldn't be right.
