The Holder of the rose throws it into the sky as beautiful white petals hover over the head of the user. Then almost like a knife, the petals throw themself at the enemies.  all creatures in 10 wide and 60ft long must make a Dex save on a fail they take 8d10 or half as much on a save. as the cuts show up on the person almost like webs keep the wounds open and keeps them bleeding.

 a level higher then 5th you add a 1d8 to the damage dice.
