Attack of The Frogs

Summoning 10 giant frogs is EXTREMELY powerful, especially if they are under your control. You can't even summon that many with "summon woodland beings" which is a fourth level spell. I would highly suggest making the spell a higher spell slot to cast.

Something that may help besides looking at other spells that do a similar thing, like "summon woodland beings", is to look at the encounter calculator that DnD Beyond has. Fill in a party and an average party level (I believe 3rd level spells are available at 5th level) so throw 3-5 characters at 5th level into the calculator and see what creatures or how many Giant Frogs it takes to kill them all, and adjust from there.
