Posted Dec 10, 2018IMO this is a bit much for a level 2 spell.
But I do love the idea! My balance ideas to keep it as a level 2 spell: Range 30 feet, requires concentration. Once gaged, target can make a STR save vs the Caster's spell DC to break free?
