Youu create a 10 inch diametre ball of energy and make a ranged spell attack.  On hit you deal 1d100 lightning, fire or force damage.  

If Zocchihedron is cast at 8th level you roll 2d100 and may use either result as the damage dice.  If Zocchihedron is cast at 9th level roll three dice instead and use any one result as the damage dice.
