You magically remove the arms of one creature of your choice that you can see within range. An unwilling target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw to resist the transformation. An unwilling shapechanger automatically succeeds on the save.

The target is limited in the actions it can perform by the nature of its new form, and it can't cast spells or take any other action that requires hands. Any item worn on the target's arms or wrists, or held in its hands falls to the ground. The target can’t activate, use, wield, or otherwise benefit from any of its equipment that requires hands. Additionally, the target has disadvantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
