Arc Flash

You create a bolt of lightning that arcs toward a target of your choice that you can see within range. The bolt of lightning then arcs towards another target within 20ft of the previous target up to 3 times.  An enemy cannot be hit by this spell twice on the same casting

A target must make a Dexterity saving throw. The target takes 4d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the arc chains one additional time for each slot level above 2nd.
