Will of the Burning Emperor

The Burning Emperor molds the phoenix fire within him to create a Battleaxe. This magic spell lasts until the spell ends. It counts as a melee weapon and uses charisma as its modifier. It deals 2d8 fire damage on a hit. If he drops or throw the weapon, it dissipates immediately.
