You collect water of any other liquid, that you have 5 Gallons or more and hold it as a swirling mass near the ground around yourself and build it up hip high with mutiple thick strains of water rising up out of it up to 10 ft from the ground. The loquid protects you and distracts enemies, but also allows for some offencive use
While this spell is active you gain the following effects:
- You can not cast any other spells while this is active. If you do the spell ends.
- You can not move. If you do the spell ends.
- On each of your turns you have to use your action to hold the spell up. If you don't, the spell ends.
- With the action you use to hold up the spell you can also make 2 melee spell attacks using the watery arms as whips. They have a range of 15 ft. and deal 2d8 bludgeoning damage each
- You gain resistens to fire damage
- You gain a bonus +2 to ac
- All creatures within 5 ft of you have disadvantage at attacks
- You can not be pushed, thrown prone or moved in any normal way
