Bespeak

You create a magical conduit that allows two-way audio and visual communication with another person on the same plane.

You must have at least met the person you are trying to bespeak and they must be an arcane spellcaster. The intended recipient is immediately aware of conduit and can expend a spell slot of at least 1st level to solidify the connection and allow communication. If the intended recipient is unwilling, they can refuse to expend the spell slot and end the spell; this spell cannot force them to expend the spell slot. Once the connection has been made, both participants must maintain concentration to maintain the spell. The spell ends after 10 minutes or when either caster breaks their concentration.
