Alfred's Draconic Nightmare

Because of your Sorcerer Origin of black Dragon Blood you manipulate a Phobia into a creatures mind that you can see within range. If the creature can understand you, it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened by you for the duration. While the creature is frightened by you, it takes 5d10 psychic damage each time it confronts its Phobia in a manner directly way to your instructions, but no more than once each day. Additionally the creature has horrible Nightmares of the Phobia and needs twice the length for a long Rest and regenerates only a Quarter of his Hit Dice. A creature that can't understand you is unaffected by the spell and a creature that understands Draconic rolls his Wisdom save with disadvantage.

You can issue any Phobia, short of anything that would kill the creature immediately.

You can end the spell early by using an action to dismiss it. A remove curse, greater restoration, or wish spell also ends it.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th or 6th level, the duration is 1 Month. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th or 8th level, the duration is 1 year.
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th level, the duration is until dispelled.
