Vermintide

The plague lord looks up to the sky and raises their arms. They move their hands in the symbol of the horned rat and begin chanting in queekish. After ten minutes, the sky itself seems to open as the servants of the horned rat appear ready to fight. Up to ten clan rats will be available to summon. The plague monk can still cast plague rash or other bonus action/reaction spells, but they take a point of exhaustion when doing so while casting this spell. Casting at higher levels removes a minute/round of casting time, going down one minute per level cast. Casting at ninth level can summon up to five Stormvermin with the full ten round/minute cast time, or the same ten clanrats with a five round/minute casting period. All summoned units must be within thirty feet of the caster. The summoned units last until dispelled or killed.
