Booming Thunder Strike

The sky darkens, and a divine bolt of lightning strikes the ground at a point within the spell's range that you can see. All creatures within a 30 foot radius of that point must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 16d8 lightning damage, and is blinded and paralyzed for 1 minute. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and isn't paralyzed or blinded. A humongous wave of thunder then erupts in a 60 foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 30d12 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Whether a creature has failed or succeeded the saving throw, they are deafened for 10 minutes. The lightning and thunder can be seen and heard from 6 miles away.
