Arcane lightning

A bolt of yellow lightning flys out of your hand and hits the point you targeted in range. Every  creature in a 10 foot circle of the target must make a DC 21 dexterity saving throw or suffer full damage (half on a success). The targets in the area take 30d8 (135) lightning damage and 30d4 (75) bludgeoning damage. The targets that failed the save can not do anything (except make saving throws) in their next turn and cannot resist a physical movement by a character. The strain of casting this spell causes the caster to fall unconscious but fall into a coma state while doing so causing them to be stable. They can only be risen by a ritual revival of wish. There is a 50% chance of never being able to cast this spell again.
