you touch a body taking out its soul (unless the body was dead and had the oil of preservation applied to it) this body will not rot or decay( this is the vessel state). 

If your current body hits the second death save or if you chose it when you hit the unconscious state you will be reawakened in the body whit this spell attached.

there is no distance to this spell if your body gets saved whit a potion or medic saves the body will enter the vessel state
