Aneurysm

You focus on a creature you are aware of and will a blood clot to form in their brain. The creature must have blood or an analogous substitute. Upon a failed save, the creature takes 5d10 Necrotic damage and is paralyzed, dropping any concentration spell they are maintaining. The creature may re-roll their save at the beginning of each of their turns to end the paralyze effect. A creature with 75 HP or fewer that fails the initial save is killed outright.
