Whispering Wind

The caster may speak a message up to 1 minute in length and specify a target. The target must be someone they have met. Wind must be blowing (even a gentle breeze) when the spell is cast or the spell will fail. The message will be delivered to its target based on the distance from the caster to the target. If the target is within 100 miles, the time is measured in minutes. Otherwise, it's measured in hours. The target must be on the same material plane as the caster when the spell is scheduled to arrive, or it will fail.
