Bug Bites

You cause one sleeping creature to become covered in itchy insect bites.

The target has a -2 penalty to attack rolls and ability checks for the next 24 hours, after which the bites disappear.

There is no saving throw, but the caster might awaken the creature before the spell can take effect if the caster is not appropriately stealthy. This spell has no effect if cast on a creature that is not asleep.
