An Old Tune

    An Old Tune is cast by playing a specific song on the Elven Guitar.  One targeted creature within the user's sight will hear a nostalgic tune from their childhood and will get lost in their memories. User can not control what memories the target thinks of. 

-10 on perception checks and Melee Attacks until spell ends. -5 on Spell Attacks until spell ends.

Target must succeed in a Wisdom saving throw to avoid the spell.
