Amyntall's Hand of Power

You pick 3 targets within Range to bless with agility and power in their strikes or defense.  

Strike: Each target you picked has advantage on their next 2 attack rolls.  If they hit with an attack roll, their attack does an extra 1d10 radiant damage.  After the next two attacks, the effect is dispelled

Defense: Each target you picked has advantage on the next saving 2 throws they have to make.  In addition they gain 1d6 temporary hp each.

If you cast this spell at a higher level than 3rd, you increase the number of attack rolls by 1 that are included and the number of  saving throws by 1 for each level above 3rd.
