The Expansion Charm is a spell that expands the internal dimensions of an object without affecting the external dimensions, enhancing its capacity, and rendering its contents lighter. For example: a small purse can be expanded internally to fit a refrigerator without changing its form. This spell is very advanced magic and heavily controlled by the Ministry.
