Apparition is a magical form of transportation, in which you teleport instantly from one location to another. This is accomplished by focusing on a desired location within 40 ft., in your line of sight, making a quick Constitution check, and then purposely disappearing from your spot to reappear at the desired location. Apparition is by far the fastest way to get to a desired destination, but is tricky to pull off correctly and disastrous if botched. Anyone can attempt to sabotage your apparition as long as they're 5 ft away from you and make a DEX check, so make sure you're in the clear before you make your escape. If they succeed, they will instantly die in the process, but will deal (4d10) of Bludgeoning damage to you and anyone else involved in the apparition.
At higher levels: As your mastery of this spell grows, so does its vast capabilities.
At Spell Level 7: Your desired location no longer has to be in sight, but must be somewhere you've already been (within 100 ft.).
At Spell Level 8: You can now bring one other person with you (they must be touching you), but must still be somewhere you've already been (within 200 ft.).
At Spell Level 9: You can now bring up to 2 people with you (they must be touching you), and can be anywhere you've been in the last day.
