Blizzard

You summon a blizzard in a 30 foot radius sphere centered on a point within range. While inside the sphere a creature's speed is halved. A creature that ends its turn in the area must make a Constitution save. On a failure it takes 4d6 cold damage or half as much on a success. 

At higher levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher the damage increases by 1d6 per spell slot level above 3rd.
