Channeled Arc

Target a creature you can see in range, and send jolts of lightning coursing through them, forcing the target to make a Constitution saving throw. On a fail, you deal 2d10 Lightning damage and the target is Restrained. On a success, deal half as much and the target's movement speed is halved. On each of your subsequent turns for the duration, you can spend your action to force the target to make the saving throw again.

At higher levels: When casting this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, add an additional 1d10 Lightning damage to each damage roll.
