The user absorbs the surrounding water into a ball to create a javelin. The amount of water correlates to the size of the javelin. A bottle of water can create a small javelin, while a pond can create a normal javelin, to a lake or bigger bodies of water the user can create a large javelin. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2d4/2d8/2d12 piercing damage and 2d4/2d8/2d12. The target and each creature within 0/5/10 ft. of it must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 2d4 cold damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the cold damage increases by 1/4/1d8 /1d12 for each slot level above 3rd.
