Blood of Retribution

This reactionary spell targets a creature within range that you can see, who has just caused damage to the caster or an ally within range.
The blood of the wounded caster or ally, pools together and then hits the attacker within range, covering it and causing 3d6 + caster’s level of cold damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the spell does an extra 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
