Five targets you can see are struck with a large chunk of ice that slows their movement. The targets each make a strength saving throw to break the blast or the ice reduces their movement in half for 1 minuet. The target can use an action to break the ice requirering a strength check againstst your spell save DC.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the spell creates one more chunk for each slot level above 2nd.
