A bead of blue crackling force shoots toward a creature you can see within range which detonates on impact into a blue electrical web. Make a ranged spell attack against that creature. On a hit, the target takes 6d10 lightning damage. Hit or miss the target must then make a strength saving through or be restrained for the duration. At the start of each of the creature's turns whilst it is restrained it must make a constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure the target takes 1d10 lightning damage. The creature can use an action on its turn to attempt to break free of the electrical webbing making a strength saving throw against your spell save DC.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the initial damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 4th.
