Battle tornado

A tornado touches down centered on the target, each creature that starts it’s turn suffers 3d6 bludgeoning damage and must make a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.  The area is considered difficult terrain.

The damage increases by 1d6 per spellcaster level.
