Choose a target within range.  Target must make a wisdom save.  Upon failure the target takes 1d4 psychic damage and must roll on the following table:

1- waves its arms and drops any weapon in its hand. 

2-performs high kicks and automatically fails evasion on any attack against it.  Gives 4 damage to any ally within 5 feet.

3-spins around and has disadvantage on next attack roll

4-moonwalks 15 backward.

Effects are ended on their next turn.

Add 1 d4 for damage every 3 levels.

Spell does not work on creatures that are deaf or immune to enchantments.

On a successful save the target takes half damage and does not have to roll.
