You point at a creature, accusing set creature of an unspeakable thing, the creature becomes Enchanted and must roll a Wisdom Saving Throw, if the creature fails it's saving throw surrounding creatures except the caster must roll with disadvantage to take set creature's side, the creature must beat the save in order to get rid of the enchantment if the creature succeeds nothing happens...
