You attempt to interrupt a creature in the process of casting a spell and return the spell as an attack. If the creature is casting a spell of 4th level or lower, its spell fails and has no effect on it’s target. If it is casting a spell of 4th level or higher, make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a success, the creature's spell fails and has no effect on it’s target. The cater will roll damage as if the target hit. The Countering party will roll 2d12. If the total rolled is equal to or higher than the damage that would be dealt the spell is returned and the caster must make a dex save against your spell save dc.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the interrupted spell has no effect if its level is less than or equal to the level of the spell slot you used, add 1d12 to spell counter capacity.
