A condensed of water shoots out from your hand to one target in range. Make a ranged spell attack agenced the target. On a hit, the target takes 1D4 cold damage and bludgeoning damage. 

This spell increases by 1D4 per damage type when you reach 5th level (2D4 cold, 2D4  bludgeoning), 11th level (3D4 cold, 3D4 bludgeoning), 17th level (4D4 cold, 4D4 bludgeoning)
