You sap the vitality of a creature that you can see within range, attempting to wither their very muscles. The target takes 4d6 necrotic damage and must make an Constitution saving throw.
On a failed save, the creature's Strength and Dexterity scores become 1. The creature can't attack with weapons, cannot use spells that require somatic components, pick up or use objects, and their speed is reduced to zero as their leg bones shatter under their own weight. They also have disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
At the end of every 30 days, the creature can repeat its saving throw against this spell. If it succeeds on its saving throw, the spell ends.
The spell can also be ended by greater restoration, heal, or wish.

Posted Mar 7, 2021Excellent spell btw. I was just wondering though, with Feeblemind they are unable to cast spells and speak etc but they can still move and hit, would it not be more balanced if this did the exact opposite? Like they are down and can't move but can still cast spells and the like?
