Blade Maelstrom

Swirling Blades is cast by flinging four sharpened rods made from any kind of metal at the target. Upon striking the target, the rods will flip so that the sharp end is facing the target, then stretch and lengthen into curved blades. The blades will then begin to rapidly spin, striking the encircled target and dealing 10-35 slashing damage per round, depending on the level of the caster. The blades will move with the target, even if the target teleports, submerges, or begins to fly, making it impossible to escape the spell unless a counterspell is cast. After 10 rounds, the blades will revert to their component form.
