You put two fingers on your forehead and focus on a creature within range, which opens a circular well of gravity beneath it. The creature makes a strength saving throw, on a successful saving throw, the well dissapears. On a failed saving throw, the well starts pulling down against the creature, reducing it's speed by half for the duration, giving it disadvantage on weapon attacks, while increasing any damage on the creatures successful weapon attacks by 1d6.
The creature can make a saving throw at the end of each of it's turns, and also whenever it takes damage.
During this spells duration, you may take an action to deal 4d4 force damage.
If the target dies before the spell ends, you may take an action to move the well to another target.
When casting this spell at higher levels, add 1d4 for each level above 3rd.
