This spell creates melodic music with a regular bass beat and a 30' darkened area (all targets inside the area are considered partially obscured) with a mirrored sphere hanging in the center which mildly dazzles anyone looking at it (-1 to perception and ranged "to hit" for 1 round if he fails a CON save).  Any creature inside the area affect that fails a WIS save begins a comic dance in place: shuffling, tapping its feet, and capering for the duration. Creatures that can't be charmed are immune to this spell.

Dancing creatures must use all their movement to dance without leaving its space and has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws and attack rolls. While the target is affected by this spell, other creatures have advantage on attack rolls against it. As an action, a dancing creature makes a Wisdom saving throw to regain control of itself.

Any creature that begins their turn inside the area of effect must make a WIS save or begin dancing again.  Any creature that spends 10 rounds (or more)  continuously dancing must make a CON save or gain 1 point of Exhaustion.  Very unlucky characters may need to make multiple CON saves for multiple Exhaustion points.

For each level the spell is cast above 7th, the spell lasts for 1 additional minute.
