Argent’s Chronobolt

You fire a bolt of temporal energy at a target in range. Make a ranged spell attack at a target you can see within range. If struck, a creature takes 1d8 force damage and must make an Intelligence saving throw or be unable to use bonus actions and have its speed reduced by half until the beginning of you next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 1st.
