When an attack would hit you, you freeze time in your immediate area. If a ranged attack would hit you, you can freeze time around you and move up to 10 feet in any direction. this movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.
If you are still within the attacks area of effect, you will suffer it’s effects as normal.
You cannot cast this spell of an effect would prevent you from moving, or if your current movement is lower than this spells movement.
* - When you would be hit by a ranged attack or in an effects area of effect, but before the damage is rolled.
