For the duration while concentrating on this spell, you may cast any other spell without the Verbal or Somatic components normally required by that spell. If you use Arcane Stealth to cast another concentration spell without it's verbal or somatic components, the new spell works, but concentration on Arcane Stealth is broken.
The verbal and somatic components of the Arcane Stealth spell are very subtle -- creatures within 15 feet of the spellcaster have disadvantage on ability checks to discern its casting and beyond that range, they fail automatically. However, as with any other spell with verbal and somatic components, this spell cannot be cast if the spellcaster cannot make sound (such as in the area of effect of a silence spell) or does not have free use of at least one hand.

Posted Jun 18, 2020This spell would also protect spells cast under it's influence from being counterspelled as long as the spell doesn't have material components. In a question about whether sorcerer spells cast under Subtle Spell (which gives a similar benefit), Jeremy Crawford says "Subtle Spell is meant to protect a spell w/o material components from counterspell, since you can't see the casting"
One potential change to make this less powerful is to change the duration to immediate and have the effects last until the end of the caster's next turn. In this variant, the spellcaster has to burn a spell slot and an action for Arcane Stealth each time they affect another spell cast on the next action.
