The target creature of this spell must make a charisma saving throw, which is made at disadvantage if the creature has an intelligence of 6 or lower. On a successful save, this spell has no effect. On a failed save, the creature is forced into a state where they are incapacitated. The creature can repeat the saving throw every time it takes damage.
